Considering only irrational power, Trunks looks like the obvious choice, what's with the SSJR making him close to SSJB-tier, learning Mafuba on the fly, and getting enough Genki to kill an opponent who could give Vegetto a run for their money with 20 people and two half-dead Saiyans.

However, as Trunks couldn't win a single battle by himself and still failed to protect his timeline, I'd say it's a tie.

Caulifla is being handed these things because she's a warrior prodigy, but she's not done anything significant to the plot...yet. Trunks fought alongside Goku & Vegeta against Zamasu and Black, doing just as well as them at times, completely shitting on all the training they had done since meeting Beerus as well as Super Saiyan Blue. He did better than motherfucking Vegetto, A FUSION OF GOKU AND VEGETA WITH SUPER SAIYAN BLUE, against Merged Zamasu. He got an exclusive transformation. At least the transformations Caulifla has are the ones all Saiyans can get, and they aren't asspulls.
