Whether it's Japanese is English dub which one is better in your opinion?

Almost the same as very little filler was removed. Dubbing wise Z wins for sub, Kai by a bit for dub

Z wins due to Kai's post-Yamamoto soundtrack being pretty mediocre, whereas Kikuchi's Boo Arc ost is top tier.

The music placement for Kai Boo arc is fucking ass.

Z for Japanese, Kai for the English dub, though I wish they just would've kept the Kikuchi OST.

Fill me in, what was removed from Kai? If SSJ Goku vs Ultimate Gohan and SSJ Vegeta vs SSJ3 Gotenks
were removed, i go with Kai.

I haven't seen the Kai arc, but it's almost definitely better as far as the dub goes.

Well the dub version is great with the voice acting is top notch but the soundtracks are lame compare to the Z dub which must be a nostalgia IMO.

were removed, i go with Kai.

Only seen a few odd episodes of Kai, but from what I saw:

- Most of the Great Saiyaman filler.
- The segments involving the support cast searching for Dragon Balls.
- Yamcha stomping Olibu.
- Some of the Inside Boo filler, the part with the worms, at least.
- The filler episode after Boo's defeat.

Other than that, not much. Kai also still retains the lines Pure Boo is the strongest Boo several times, so it has no superiority as far as concise powerscaling goes.
