1. Who or what is "freezasmite"? Is it a person? A place? A thing? An event?

2. If the power-level chart I found in my old files is so horribly wrong, would anyone care to make a new, more accurate one instead of just insulting the old one?

most of these guy's already have lists. Check ahill's, withheld's, and p123's

I don't understand what's wrong with the posts so far. You posted your list and asked if anyone could make corrections, which a handful of users have. Instead of responding to their criticism, you asked for someone to make a more accurate list. It'd be a lot easier to take suggestions from someone rather than waiting for them to make an entirely new list, don't you think?

I originally asked why you had Tenshinhan at 96% of Piccolo, when by all accounts in the manga, Piccolo was a god compared to the humans. Is there reasoning behind that?

Sorry I came off as ruder than I thought I did.

Regarding Tien's strength; for him vs. Form-2 Cell, I thought that if there was as big a power gap as everyone here says there is, his barrage of shiny super-blasts wouldn't have even made Cell flinch, much less blasted him into a crater and pinned him in place for so long (Yes, it did barely any damage, but if the power gap were that big Cell wouldn't have been pinned in place for so long; he would've outright ignored Tien's blasts). Also, for the Bojack Incident, although Super Saiyan Trunks whomped Tien in like 2-3 hits, IIRC Tien was matching Base-Form Trunks blow for blow; that's why I put their power levels as equal for there.

You shouldn't include a power levels from the manga and movies since you'll end up a lot of contradictions and inconsistencies. Movies are alternative universe stated by GOAT Toriyama himself.

That's the thing. Whether Tenshinhan is 100x weaker than Cell or 1,000x weaker, the amplification on the Shin Kikoho is going to be retardedly huge, bigger than any other attack in the series at that point. However, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that Tenshinhan is nowhere near Piccolo's level, rather than right on his tail. For one, when they were hunting for Gero, Piccolo told them (the humans) not to get into a fight because they couldn't handle it, and none of them objected. Keep in mind, Piccolo was still heavily suppressed there, and nobody but Gohan knew it. Later on after the fight with Gero, Tenshinhan begrudgingly said he hated how powerful Vegeta and Piccolo had gotten, clearly admitting they were superior to him and by a large margin at that. Piccolo is also given praise by Krillin, saying he's extremely powerful despite not being a Super Saiyan, which in itself was an implication that Piccolo had at least reached Super Saiyan-like power. No such praise was given to Tenshinhan, and in fact the opposite occurred with all the humans being called pathetic compared to the Super Saiyans (and Piccolo), and Tenshinhan himself admitting he was way out of his league and there was nothing he could do against the androids. You also have to take into account that Piccolo owned Gero/#20, who was implied to at least be on Super Saiyan Trunks's (debut) playing field when he wondered if they had all gotten too strong or if the androids were too weak.

Skipping back a bit, to reinforce just how weak Tenshinhan was, that bit when suppressed Piccolo shut everybody up... that Piccolo was heavily implied to be weaker than Base Vegeta by Gero. When Vegeta arrived, Gero said things were about to get interesting and that #19 should ignore the "pesky flies" (everybody else). At that point, nobody knew Vegeta could transform, so it was purely his Base power they were judging. So all in all, we end up with a chain like this:

Piccolo > #20 >|= SSJ Trunks (debut) > Base Vegeta > Piccolo (suppressed) > Gohan > humans

But wait, there's a little more. After Vegeta defeated #19, he had to bluff his way out of fighting #20, and Piccolo confirmed that he likely would've lost had they fought; Vegeta simply lost too much energy to compete. Like aforementioned, Piccolo whooped #20, who had stolen some of SSJ Vegeta's energy as well as some of Piccolo's suppressed energy.

Piccolo > #20 >|= SSJ Trunks (debut) >=< SSJ Vegeta (post-#19) >>> Base Vegeta > Piccolo (suppressed) > Gohan > humans

What occurred in Movie 9 with Trunks shouldn't have any effect on what actually happened or was implied in the original manga. Movies are separate and never mentioned in the original material for a reason, as even Akira Toriyama has said they take place in an alternate timeline (or whatever term he used). There's nothing in the source material to support Tenshinhan (or any of the humans) being close to the Base Saiyans, let alone Piccolo.
