The issue with Nappa being 4k is that it doesn't explain him holding his own against 8k Gokuu after calming down. You'll have to prove Gokuu was holding back to use only half of his power. It's possible that Gokuu didn't give his all, but only 50%? Nah, I'd say Nappa was 6k bare minimum.
