Did Beerus only use 7% against Goku Super Saiyan God?

The new material seems to imply this. Because Goku uses the Kaio-Kenx10 on top of his Saiyan God Blue transformation, yet Toriyama has stated that he has no intentions for Beerus to be surpassed by Goku yet. Beerus is also stated to have increased to 10%, but he never goes above it.

Nope, but he was bloodied in Battle Of Gods. Nothing like that happened in Dragonball Super, but the battle did last a little longer.

IMO, Beerus using 7% of his total battle power against Goku SSJG is the only way to make the new implications work. Albeit, it makes Vegetto that much weaker.

In Dragonball Super it is never revealed how much power he actually used, so it is essentially up for interpretation.

Well Dragonball Super does not lay out what particular level that Beerus was at while fighting with Goku Super Saiyan God. So it really is up for interpretation -and we have to make Goku's Super Saiyan God Blue form more powerful than his Super Saiyan God form; AND, we have to multiplier his power by 10 but have him weaker than Beerus the destroyer.

Yupers, both Vegeta & Goku confirm the benefits of Kaio-Ken. Speed, reaction time and battle power all increase at the same rate that they did during the Saiyan Saga, there is even a flash back to Goku's Kaio-Kenx4 beam struggle against Vegeta's Gallic Gun.

Oh, and Hit makes another massive power-up. So yup, Beerus had to have used 7% against Goku SSJG or the multipliers contradict Toriyama's statements.

Beerus being 7% contradicts the fact that Goku is looked at as a tough opponent for Beerus. Beerus even talks to Whis about Whis bringing Goku and Vegeta to train to potentially surpass himself, meaning they were already close.
