Did FNF retcon AT's statement...

...about everybody being at their best at BOG? I mean, at FNF, Gohan obviously doesn't have the Mystic form anymore. It makes no sense to
have it at BOG and then lose it. It only makes sense if the Mystic power up was temporary back at Buu Saga. Besides, Beerus stating at BOG
that Goku>Gohan and Gohan being originally drawn with yellow hair indicates AT intended for Gohan to have lost his ultimate form and his
statement about everyone being at their best was inaccurate. Does this solve the different power scalings at Buu Saga and the new material?

Well, as we all know, the final product for BoG showed Gohan go Ultimate. Even though this was added after the fact. But if we take that at face value, and add to Gohan admitting in FnF that he stopped training, the implication would be that he lost it in between the two movies. That's a pretty incredible drop off in power for such a short time, but that seems to be what they want to have happened.

I base off Toriyama forgetting Ultimate Gohan off the fact that the final product recolored his hair and aura when it was Super Saiyan originally in the same scene, which was likely written in by Toriyama whos known for his notoriously bad memory. Toei's been putting Ultimate Gohan in video game intros since freaking UB22 in the 90s, so I dont think it was Toei's doing that Gohan was in Super Saiyan mode before they edited the scenes

i don't think Gohan lose his mystic power rather than he just became weaker like from CG to Boo arc.

FnF takes place after BoG. Gohan was at his best during Battle of Gods but quickly diminished, because he's... well, Gohan.
