Did Future Trunks create the 11 universes in Dragon Ball Super?

I asked this because of two reasons;

1. The time machine in cell arc created different timelines where Goku died or Goku lived.
2. Fans wants Future Trunks in super.

Well, that's probably why there's 11 instead of the even number of 10 if we say that only his universe had time travelers that meddled with the flow of time.

Maybe 2 or 3, but I doubt he created 11. Time travel shenanigans being the source for all 11 is more likely if the Time Breakers are implemented into DBS' canon, but I severely doubt it.
