His last use of the Masenko was on Namek, right? In that case, it's probably the same amplification that it was in the Saiyan arc. Gohan hadn't done much substantial training between those arcs in order to increase his ki abilities. Maybe you can argue that it slightly increased but not by much.

Gohan threw a Maseko at Reecom and exceeded 20,000 power.

Gohan's Masenko against Nappa can have at most a 1.4x boost. While Masenko against Reecom must have a 1.5x multiplier.

I was checking and clearly Gohan's attacks were not doing any damage to Reecom, until he used his Masenko, which forced Reecom to get much more serious to block it.

On the other hand, Gohan (Enraged + Masenko vs Nappa) was not much stronger than Gohan (Enraged vs Nappa).

In the manga, Recoome blows Gohan’s blast away by whistling, but I don’t know if this was a Masenko.

Yeah in the manga Reecome literally blows away Gohan’s strongest attack. Masenko ain’t doing nothing here.

Anime filler is anime filler.

Gohan does not use the Masenko against Reecom in the Manga. He launches that stronger attack in both the Manga and the Anime.

In the Anime, Gohan uses the Masenko and it is much stronger than that attack.

Can we at least agree that Masenko (Arc Frieza) > Masenko (Vs Nappa) in terms of amp in the Anime?

Masenko can’t do anything to Reecome.

It seems doubtful, Gohan is fighting for his life there’s no reason for him to be using his strongest attack.

It’s like arguing Galick Gun is stronger than Final Crash.

Can we at least agree that Masenko (Arc Frieza) > Masenko (Vs Nappa) in terms of amp in the Anime?

It seems doubtful. Why would it be stronger?

That same attack that Gohan used in the Manga, he also used in the Anime. However, in the Anime, Gohan used, apart from that attack, a Masenko and it was a clearly stronger attack. It didn't do anything to Reecom, but it was because of the huge power difference.

Gohan (Enraged against Nappa) had a minimum power of 2,000. His Masenko was 2,800.

Gohan before toughing up against Reecom had 14,000 and his Masenko exceeded 20,000.

I always viewed Massenko as a way of Gohan channeling his rage multiplier through a blast.

I don’t necessarily agree, but it makes sense. It’s like he’s overflowing with power and the Masenko is the way he lets it all out.

I don’t see the need to give
Masenko a bigger boost from
Saiyan saga to Namek.

It kind of feels like a no-amp attack here right? Like it's about Gohan's rage, not necessarily Masenko.

That's why Vegeta doesn't differentiate between his rage or his ki amp. He talks about his power being enraged, not his ki amp. Hmmm...
