Did Goku get stronger after filling his stomach post Tambourine's beatdown?

Post the 22nd Budokai fight exhausting and subsequent Tambourine's beat down... did he get stronger after regaining his strength?

For more that I look at the scene, I get the impression that he didn't. He punched that rock and noticed "I'm back to full power", without mentioning any gain in power. We have Kuririn's statement in which he said the Zenkais explain Goku's previous growths, but Kuririn was barely around during the instances Goku got healed in part 1... so he is truly not the best one to judge.

It's true though that Goku gained power in-between the 21st Budokai and the fight against Blue as noticed by Kuririn, so there's that...

Does anyone have a scan with the Japanese text for that? I know Viz says "full power" but I'd like to see if they generalized the statement.

In Viz he actually says "I'm at full power" instead of "I'm BACK to FP", as I previously thought. A little different, I guess.

I'd still argue he could say "I'm at full power" even if he did get a zenkai. He was speaking generally about his recovery.
