Do you agree with these gaps?

-1.1x: One step ahead. The weaker opponent can put up a fight but is doomed to lose. E.g. Vegeta vs Base Zarbon, Cell vs Goku
-1.2x: Two steps ahead. The weaker opponent cannot put up any fight at all, unless the stronger opponent plays around. The stronger opponent can take somewhat amplified blasts with no real damage. E.g. Vegeta vs Recoome, Vegeta vs Eighteen, Vegeta vs Semi Cell
-1.3x: Three steps ahead. The stronger opponent can take a fully charged punch to the face without much blood. Almost one-shot gap. E.g. SSJ2 Gohan vs Cell
-1.4x: Four steps ahead. The stronger opponent can win with one hit. E.g. Seventeen vs SSJ Future Trunks
-1.5x: Five steps ahead. The stronger opponent can take huge blasts with no damage at all. E.g. Imperfect Cell vs Piccolo, SSJ Goku vs 50% Freeza

I made a much better gap table on Reborn several years ago:

x1 = Equal (Examples: The Nameless Namek VS Cyborg #17)
x1.04167-x1.0526316 = Close/True Rivals (Examples: Initial Vegeta VS Third Suppression Freezer)
x1.067-x1.0714286 = Moderate Rivals (Examples: Kid Boo VS Ssj3 Kakarot)
x1.083-x1.11 = Distant Rivals (Examples: Freezer 100% VS Ssj Kakarot)
x1.125-x1.167 = You have quite an edge against your opponent, but he can hold his own, for quite a while, many blows from the opponent can also still hurt you, quite a bit (Examples: Super Boo VS Ssjin3 Gotenks, Zarbon VS Vegeta)
x1.2-x1.25 = The Dominance against the opponent is clear, but the opponent can still keep up, until signs of fatigue start show (Examples: Initial Imperfect Cell VS The Nameless Namek)
x1.33-x1.4285714 = Can defeat you with relative ease, though opposing attacks can still hurt the opponent by a mild margin (Example: Warming Up Perfect Cell VS Ussj2 Trunks, Ssj Vegeta VS Cyborg #18)
x1.5-1.8 = Cannot see your movements, and smacks you down like a rag doll (Examples: Piccolo Junior VS First Suppression Form Freezer, Ultimate Gohan VS Base Super Boo)
x2-x2.25 = Can take on multiple opponents without them seeing your movements, certain blows can knock you out (Examples: Reacoom, Buhteh, and Jheese VS Initial Kakarot, Saiyajin Arc Kakarot VS Saiyajin Arc Vegeta)
x2.5-x2.67 = Beats the hell out of you until you die, with ease, tanks a punch to the face while budging (Examples: Ultimate Android #16 VS Initial Semi Perfect Cell, Vegeta Post Zenkai VS Warming Up True Form Freezer)
x3-x3.33 = Anything the opponent does can potentially kill you, tanks most things without taking damage (Examples: Kakarot VS Piccolo Daimao 40%)
x4-x5 = Tanks everything you dish out without budging an inch, even a flying kick to the neck (Examples: Ussj Vegeta VS Warming Up Perfect Cell)
x6.67-x10 = A godlike power in comparison, nothing can even scratch this divine being (Examples: The Nameless Namek & Cyborg #17 VS Imperfect Cell Post Absorbtions)

This is a lot more maximalist than my current stances, but it's still better than gaps from the original post.

I theorize that initially, SSJ Goku had access only to half of the SSJ boost, and the access grew as he was getting used to the form.
So why did Goku grip Freeza's hand so hard as to cause pain, and then tank his Death Beam? That all happened in the short fight sequence that took place before the 5 minutes.

50% Freeza- 60
Initial SSJ Goku- 75 and increasing
FP Freeza- 120
