Nah, 1.5x or so should be fine. Maybe a little higher since that's kind of a bleh power-up seeing as how his transformations are suppression states, so I feel like he may as well have just allocated that extra bit of power into his second form, but I guess he just didn't think things through like that since he usually never even needed more than his second form. I dunno, I'm kinda rambling about nothing but yeah, 1.5x, give or take, is good.

If 3rd Form Freeza was only a 1.5x or so transformation, Piccolo and Vegeta should stand an equal or better chance. Instead, Piccolo gets trounced and Vegeta tries to run, if I recall correctly.

Yea his 2nd form power up was definitely double, then when you add all the power ups triple, I'd say his 3rd Form is probably 5x stronger so a 1.5x boost or so off of 2nd Form full is fine.

Guys, i'll lend you my superior knowledge. Remember, at BOZ, when Vegeta said PLs of 1300-1500 are
barely above 1000? That means 1.5x a gap is considered ''barely'' a difference. But Freeza said his power

Goku's whole "I'm not sure if I'll be able to win even if I'm fully healed" quote about 3rd form Freeza tells me it was a bigger increase than it seems.

Vegeta also uses strange wording when describing Freeza's power at that point. It's unlikely he ever used full-power in that form.
