Goku's whole "I'm not sure if I'll be able to win even if I'm fully healed" quote about 3rd form Freeza tells me it was a bigger increase than it seems.

Vegeta also uses strange wording when describing Freeza's power at that point. It's unlikely he ever used full-power in that form.

I think a 1.5x power up is enough; Freeza ( 2nd form full power ) is 93.75% of Piccolo ( full power ) and the latter is about 70% of Freeza ( 3rd form )... looks about right IMO.

1.06 is 85% of 1.25 yet 1.06 is 81%. I think 80-100 is more realistic for the power of the power up considering all the hoopla.

85-100 isn't really a power up, 8-10 is generally bare minimum to be powering up for imo...

So doing two 8-10 power ups leads us to 1.06-1.3-1.6

And we are speaking minimums here. Absolute minimums, you could go even higher if wanted.

I like to have Freeza ( Final Form Initial ) being at least ~ 2x Freeza ( 3rd Form ). Looking more carefully the reaction of Piccolo I realized that was a power up insane. The power increase was so large that it makes the his previous form looks gentle. 2x looks about right to me.

Piccolo is approximately 1.25x stronger without his weights, so Freeza must have had an increase of power seemed to Piccolo IMO.

Piccolo, in the way to save Gohan, even said that Freeza increased his power astronomically. Although I don't know if he was referring to the transformation of Freeza or his power up against Son Gohan.

Yea that sounds about right. I use a very similar set of logic here. For me I am constantly weighing the cleanliness to accuracy ratio. For example, even if 1,325 is more accurate, I might opt for 1,300 or 1,350 because of the cleanliness factor. Not only are my numbers accurate in terms of percentage gaps, but I also spend a considerable amount of time making the numbers clean and easy to read. I could make all my numbers like 1268 vs 1386 and what not, but I don't like how that looks.

Yep Goku is saying damn even if I heal and damn even if I use a power that I can't really use I don't know if I'll take him out. That's saying something.

If he gets a standard 1.33x boost which is quite good, he still most likely be able to take out Freeza. Which just shows how ultra impressive Freeza power is and has been. I feel the statements show my numbers work well.
