He's been left in the dust from what I've heard, do you think he'll make an epic come-back in the future? His new suit might be his salvation.

If he was, Whole Cake Island would've been the place to do so. Instead, he got shafted for 90% of the arc whilst Luffy got more asspulled power ups. Sanji will gain some power up if Oda's going to go with the predictable route of him being the one who fights and defeats the third strongest member of factions such as the Blackbeard Pirates, Gorosei or whatever threat Oda decides to treat as the endgame, but it's doubtful he'll be on fully equal footing with Zoro or Luffy.
