Survive it in a really, really beaten-up, but still barely living kind-of way or like tanking?

Piccolo dodged his Kamehameha, he didn't deflect it (because the fact that someone knows a pretty basic ki attack is somehow that shocking I guess....). That's the anime Makankosappo you're thinking of.

I think Gohan would be damaged by it, but obviously not as much as he was damaged by SPC's blast.

I too think he could survive the KHH for sure and if he does get hurt, probably only minimally.

He can also easily deflect it.

Lol. I have a 2x gap between Cell and Gohan, but idk, I guess i feel even that large of a gap isn't enough to simply punt back something like a Kamehameha. Maybe a 2.5x gap and we could talk.
