The hierarchy goes Ra > Obelisk/Osiris. Black Magician is weaker than Obelisk and Osiris either way. It's also shown that in a Ka battle and not a card game battle using ATK and DEF point calculations, Ra could be destroyed by Osiris' Thunder Force if it isn't guarded or dodged in some form. Theres a much smaller difference between the three Gods than between the Gods and normal monsters.
