Does Mecha Freeza still has stamina issue?

I always assumed the Mecha power-up allowed him to utilize his full-power without exhausting himself. I got that from the video games, though.

Freeza seemed to be aware of his 100%'s stamina drain on Namek, it's just his arrogance blinded him into thinking he'd still come out victorious on time. He was being relatively pragmatic here, so I assume his robot parts at least helped regulate his stamina loss

If you had a glaring weakness like that and a cyborg upgrade you'd probably have it fixed.

Trunks never really gave us the chance to see full power or a full fight either.
