Base Goku is only 100 ton strength at best in the Buu Saga when his power is absurd.

So Buff Roshi is definitely nothing compared to that.

What do you mean? In Dragon Ball their punch is usually 1/3 as powerful as their max power Ki blast. What Goku was doing is lifting strength and it was 8 ton total in the sky.

BoZ Goku own PL is 416 and his Kamehameha is over 924. Meaning Goku's punch is only around 2x weaker than his moon+ level Kamehameha

BoZ Gohan's Masenko against Nappa is stated to be 2,800 and Gohan's own power level is 981 almost a 3 times difference

And Nappa punches it away. Meaning Nappa's punch>moon obliterating power

Or Frieza blocking Goku's Kamehameha with his bare hand. Which shows star level strength

There are many such examples.

SSJ3 Goku not able to destroy it is just narrative. SSB Vegito Kamehameha only blew up a building, but it's still at least multi-galaxy level.

Because you aren't understanding my point. Raditz can easily punch back a moon busting ki blast, but his punch isn't busting the moon. Imagine a ki blast that detonated on the surface, it wouldn't do much.
