Can the Shut Down Remote exterminate any of the androids in the DBZ universe?

It clearly doesn't work on Cell and doesn't seem to affect Gero (20) himself, so there you go. It doesn't work on everyone.

Yeh this was a big problem to sort out recently. A lot of gen z and gen alpha got introduced to DB through Super and wanted to try out Z. They enjoyed it, but because they were watching on phones they could never get past the Cell Saga and nobody knew why.
