Doflamingo's left eye

Is he blind? We see his right eye in the mango, but never the left. His jolly roger even has the left eye crossed out:

Further evidence is the weird way that he reacted to Sanji's kick. Is he blind in the left eye?

Yeah, his left eye being blind is a very strong theory. His reactions to Luffy's Red Hawk (which came from the left side) would also imply so:

Yeah the left eye theory is pretty strong. I mean I'll certainly believe it until it's contradicted.
