Dorodabo vs Movie 3 Goku

The only source we have to really go on is Cardass rating Dorodabo's battle power at 39.5k. There is also Daizenshuu 6 stating he has the greatest superhuman strength amongst Slug's henchmen, though that goes against what Angira showed in being closer to Piccolo's power and probably only applies to their natural stats without Ki amplification.
That said, it depends how far above 30k Goku was to be described as "30,000 and skyrocketing". Movie 3 is very inconsistent in terms of its power chain, with Tullece having confidence in a 100k Oozaru Gohan not being a threat and it being implied he would've killed him with the Kill Driver despite Ki amplification being a rare ability outside of Earth. Kaioken Goku also gets also swatted away by Oozaru Gohan and Tullece makes no note of his power, making the whole chain further confusing. Depending how you interpret the events of that movie, either Goku stomps or gets stomped here. I'm more inclined to go with the latter, considering official sources were more inclined to believe Tullece was inferior to 30k such as the Movie 3 pamphlet rating his pre-Shinseijuu self at 19k, meaning the Oozaru Gohan situation can most likely be chalked up to Tullece not checking his scouter for Kaioken Goku and simply having an amplified attack because Toei don't care about consistency.
