I noticed that in M9 there is Baoya Tian Long, Chin Taiken's archrival from DB episode 80. Baoya Tian Long seemed to be a bit of a rival against Goku in that filler, until Goku got completely serious and knocked out Baoya Tian Long with one punch.
I think in that episode, Goku was about 1.2 to 1.5x Baoya Tian Long. After that fight, Baoya Tian Long mentioned that he would start training with Chin Taiken to one day be able to surpass Goku's power. That Goku had already gotten his tail back, which means that it had been at least 6 months since the Uranai Baba Tournament ended, therefore, he had already gotten a certain amount stronger.
M9 is around 17-20 years after DB episode 80 and most likely Baoya Tian Long has at least reached Goku's full power (DB episode 80). Baoya Tian Long faced Dosukoi in the 1/4 Finals. Dosukoi won the off-screen match and it seems like Dosukoi won without getting hurt at all. All this makes me think of:
Dosukoi >> Baoya Tian Long (M9) >= Goku (DB episode 80) > Chin Taiken >= Goku (Vs Tao Pai Pai) > Baoya Tian Long > Tao Pai Pai.
