Alright, like you all know, the Douriki system, which is kind of like battle power, was introducced back in the CP9 saga, when a CP9 member (Fukurou?) could calculate the memeber's dourikis upon being hit. Lucci had the high score of CP9, scoring 4,000 whereas Kaku and Jabura took the 2nd and 3rd place respectively, with 2,200 and 2,180...

But that's probably just for their base forms, and their Zoan forms should logically score significantly higher. Let's say Lucci, in his Leopard form, has a Douriki of 6,000 (which is fair). I will be then listing the Douriki for the trio monster post TS as well as for some other characters...

If you disagree with any, let in the comments below.

Lucci 4,000
~Leopard 6,000

Luffy (pre TS) 870
~Gear 2nd 6,250

Pacifista 8,000

Sentomarou 10,000

Luffy (post TS) 11,000
~Gear 2nd 80,000
~Gear 3rd 130,000
~Gear Fourth 250,000

Sanji (post TS) 11,000
~Diable Jambe 80,000
~Hell memories 120,000

Zoro (post TS) 90,000
~Strongest attack (Asura?) 130,000

Doflamingo 150,000
~ Awakening 200,000

Smoker (post TS) 90,000

Vergo 105,000

Law (post TS) 125,000

Cracker 210,000

Katakuri 270,000

Does it sound fair?

Douriki system only takes into account raw strength and not DF abilities, so Awakened Doffy should be exempt from a boost in this system. Pre-TS Base Luffy ought to be far higher due to putting up a good fight against Base Lucci. The only reason Blueno was able to fight him fairly well was his use of Rokushiki making him a difficult opponent, with Luffy almost breaking through his Tekkai.

Also isn't Luffy completely out-matched against Katakuri right-now? He found a weakness or something in the latest chapter, but I don't know how much that affected the fight.

I see, but let's just say the Douriki measures the user's overall capability in a fight... otherwise characters like Law would also to be considerably lower than his fighting capabilities would indicate due to a gread deal of his strength coming from his Akuma no Mi hax, and I don't like it too much. So let's pretend it's kind of an improved Douriki system.
Pre-TS Base Luffy ought to be far higher due to putting up a good fight against Base Lucci. The only reason Blueno was able to fight him fairly well was his use of Rokushiki making him a difficult opponent, with Luffy almost breaking through his Tekkai.
Base Luffy was having an even match against Blueno, like you said... it doesn't matter if Blueno was using his rokushiki's abilities, because they still belong to his overall power... it wasn't solely his Rokushiki abilities as well, he could still clearly match Luffy blow for blow with his own fight prowess, showing he still was within base Luffy's realm of power.

I agree that Luffy's fight against Lucci might go against it in a way, but this latter is more easily brushed aside, comsidering Lucci barely seemed to be taking Luffy seriously throughout their short fight, just shrugging off his attack and kind of laughing at his attempts. Seldom were the times he had to actually put up some kind of effort, whereas Luffy clearly had to use Gear 2nd to take a clear edge against Blueno.

Doesn't Gear second mainly boost speed and Gear third boost strength?
Probably, whereas Gear Fourth is a combination of both. But Gear second also boost Luffy's strength considerably, considering it could easily break out through Lucci's tekkai whereas his base forms punches had barely an effect.
Also isn't Luffy completely out-matched against Katakuri right-now? He found a weakness or something in the latest chapter, but I don't know how much that affected the fight.
I honestly haven't read the fight, but I have read something like "not even Gear Fourth is enough", so I just decided to place Katakuri with an advantage over G4 without thinking too much about how big it is, although it might change if Katakuri's advantage is just too big.

BTW, I thought someone was going to ask why I do have Gear Second Luffy's gap over the Pacifista, post TS, as 10x, which admittedly seems pretty big... that's mainly because of Luffy's Gear 2nd (whose Douriki should be significantly above 4000) performance over Blueno... Luffy's G2 power still wasn't enough to oneshot Blueno, whilst Luffy's G2 gap over the pacifista was so big that a Jet Pistol was completely enough to destroy the Pacifista like a ragdoll... with this, it's easy to conclude G2 Luffy's gap over a Pacifista seems significantly bigger than G2 Luffy's gap over Blueno , which already seemed to be somewhat closing on a 10x gap.

And does Gear third also boost speed a bit?

If anything it should slow Luffy down.

Yeah, by a little bit. Lucci was struggling to keep up with Luffy when this latter was on Gear Second, and if we just look at when they fought and Luffy had the Gear Second on, it's easy to see Luffy had a, albeit small, advantage over Lucci, who was getting pressed down bit by bit by Luffy and had to use the Roku Ou Gun to avoid being completely overwhelmed. It obviously wasn't too big of an advantage, but still enough that Lucci seemed forced to use his most powerful technique and that he just had the fight under control when Luffy couldn't keep the Gear Second anymore.

It's possible that when Luffy showed the most noticeable advantage (when he used the Twin Pistol) Lucci was already damaged enough by the Giant Pistol, but so was Luffy by being forced to overuse the Gear Second, so I don't think his G2 should be as strong as it once was. Even before that, Luffy still seemed to hold an advantage, with his Jet Bazooka breaking through Lucci's tekkai and this latter then stating it should overstress Luffy's body and that the rubber man shouldn't be able to overuse it for so long, kind of implying his best chance was hold long enough until Luffy is totally unable to use it. It remembers me a bit Doflamingo also saying that Luffy's usage of Gear Fourth should be a tremendous burden to the body and then pulling off the awakening to keep Luffy at bay long enough so this latter would run out of time, although yeah, Lucci wasn't so outclassed by the G2 as Doflamingo was by the G4.

Was the fight you're talking about after Luffy hit him with that G3 punch?

The biggest advantage seemed to come after Luffy hit him with the Gear Third, but like already said Gear Second Luffy should no longer be as strong as a fresh Gear Second from the beginning of the fight, just like Luffy's Gear Second against Kuma in the Archipelago Shabondy shouldn't be as strong as Luffy's Gear Second against the Pacifista when he was still fresh, due to the overuse of it, and by the fact that Luffy should have been forcing his body to an extreme to keep using it.

But even before being hit by the Giant Pistol, Luffy showed somewhat of a superiority, with his Jet Bazooka completely breaking through Lucci's tekkai, who immediately talked about how such technique should put a huge burden on the body and that he shouldn't be able to hold it long enough. That imo implies that the main reason for Luffy's downfall would be the tremendous burden of Gear Second (which didn't seem to be brought under control until after the Time Skip) and that, while Lucci is still hella strong to hold off Luffy's Gear Second long enough (unlike Blueno who was knocked out as soon as Luffy used the Jet Bazooka), he still wasn't strong enough to hold an advantage when Luffy was constantly keeping the Gear Second, and the only time he seemed to have the fight completely under control was when Luffy was with his Gear Second off.

I can force decent sounding posts, but in my head they make no sense. I also didn't even read your last paragraph post, but it was a nice long post so well done. :king

I feel like you made the gap between Sanji and Zoro too big, they're supposed to be somewhat comparable throughout the series, aren't they?
Anyway, what number would you give to Franky and General Franky?
