Manhattan has too many unique abilities for Vegetto to overcome, in my opinion. He can survive in space, multiply himself, walk on the surface of the sun, atomization, molecular regeneration, slow time and maybe most importantly, he can see into the future.

Perhaps Vegetto can pull off a win with one massive ki blast at full power right off the get go, but if this last more than ten seconds I don't see him keeping up. Manhattan is far too hax and OP.

Someone like Zamasu or Majin Boo would be a more appropriate and interesting battle for Manhattan here, as it would take more than just conventional raw power to defeat him.

Doomsday Clock Dr. Manhattan would
solo the DBS multiverse as it is currently a billion times over if he wanted to, and very casually.

That is what I was thinking as well. Manhattan is nearly immortal. I have seen people (DBZ hacks) say Goku >>> Manhattan. So I'm glad ya'll are on the same page (objective reality).
