Also doesn't this imply that a trained KHH would have 1.5x amp if it can one shot at near equal levels? And Super Dodonpa should also be 1.5x at least...

I do like 1.5x for Kamehameha in Dragon Ball. However, Z does exist. And Kikoho > Kamehameha.

They were above ordinary at the last tournament. They are just tremendously above normal by the 22nd, so much so that Pamput who would have been decently troublesome at the last tournament is complete fodder to them now.

I have Panput a little beyond Goku and Jackie due to his wall breaking feat being a bit superior. But I don't have him dramatically beyond it.

I'm not seeing your take either.

Panput is great from a normal point of view, which they used to possess, but now the 22nd Budokai is at an even more elite level, which is why they are having a tough time processing their superiority over so called great fighters.

I'm not seeing the relation here that you are making, can you spell it out more?

And then he says "that's how far you two have advanced behind the normal". I figured it could imply that before this, Krillin would have been considered normal in Roshi's eyes.

I'd say so. Panput's feat is above what Roshi could do.

Can you post the comparison between Goku's wall breaker and Panput's?

And yes, you could take it like that since wall breaking is a real feat that we can define things by.

Ah, nice to finally see it side by side. I'd say that Goku's is more destructive, but he is using a kick. I think Panput is rivaling Goku/Jackie either way and he could do either way.

Performing a similar feat with an elbow is impressive. I think I'll probably keep my placement and have Panput = Mummy. What do you think?

Yeah I think anywhere around 21st Goku to Mummy level is good.

IIRC Master-Roshi said he was going to train Goku & Kuririn beyond the normal level for 21st Tenkaichi-Budokai.
