1. Raise Wolf Fang 2 to 1.2x so that it is a visible improvement compared to Wolf Fang 1.
2. Too much Karin wanking.
3. I'd put Invisible Man closer to Yamcha, since he endured his Wolf Fang.
4. It'd be easier if, instead of Power up 1, Power up 2 etc, you were specific about when those power ups took place.

Yamcha: “H-he’s a tough one! He’s got fearsome physical strength! But even more fearsome is his ultra bad smell. It’s said he’s never bathed in his life…! His extreme stench makes people hold their nose without even thinking about it. This prevents his opponents from using their arms, leaving them vulnerable to his attacks…!”

Yamcha gives high precedence to Bacterian's physical strength. Kuririn even gave a full force kick on him that didn't knock him out, the same Kuririn who could make a Roshi that send Yamcha flying with a wind burst use his hand. Even if you say it's due to the nature of Bacterian just being generally tough, a 1.25x advantage probably wouldn't make up Bacterian's durability anyways.

I personally think Yajirobe is too close to Goku. He seemed amazed by Goku's performance against Tambourine and Piccolo. Also, Shen is weaker than God. Other than that, good list. It should be a good starting point for your part 2 list.

Shen: “Da…damn it…To think that he’d have improved this much…Even considering that I’m borrowing a weak human’s body, the gap between our powers is too big…! He’s trained considerably in his own way…”

I was kinda having trouble measuring Shen. He said Piccolo had surpassed himself even without borrowing a body of a human, but was still able to hold his own against Piccolo.

The gap just has to be big enough so that Shen can't win, but he can still put up a fight.
