Krillin is stated to be the strongest Earthling male, so he should be higher than Tenshinhan. Also, even if he was weaker than Tenshinhan, why on Earth would you place him equal to Yamcha? He was stronger in the Saiyan arc, and nothing ever indicated that the status quo changed. If anything, it'd make more sense for Krillin to have an even bigger gap over Yamcha since he at least got his potential unlocked from Guru and took his training for the Androids more seriously than Yamcha did.

Alright, let's go. Nothing too egregious about the Mecha Freeza fight I suppose, other than Yamcha being equal to Kuririn and Tenshinhan being stronger than Kuririn.

Android 19- 9,000,000

Do you really think that if 19 was this weak, that he could survive hits from SSj Goku, who you have listed at 150,000,000? Goku was also stated to be rushing the match, so he was putting in full effort.

Piccolo: “Son Goku is rushing the match for some reason…He’s already putting out close to his full power…But even so, what’s with that miserable condition of his?...”
Tenshinhan: “Th-that miserable condition…!? What are you talking about? Goku’s overwhelmingly pushing him back…!”
Piccolo: “It’s not that. As a Super Saiyan, Goku’s power should be more stupendous than this…”

Dr. Gero (Yamcha's Energy)- 11,000,000

#20 was stated to be strong enough to defeat Vegeta after having some of his energy absorbed by #19. This same Vegeta obliterated #19 with ease, who you have at 200,000,000. Dr. Gero > #19 post

Chapter: 345 (DBZ 151), P6.1-2
Context: after Vegeta scares No.20 away with a bluff
Piccolo: “He really had lost a lot of stamina…when he confirmed that the androids sucked out energy with the palms of their hands…He ought to have lost if he had fought that No.20 guy…But he talked as if he still had something up his sleeve…Vegeta really is a fighting genius…He might have sur-surpassed…Goku…”

Piccolo (No Weights)- 16,000,000

Piccolo thrashed #20, who as mentioned above, is stronger than weakened Vegeta, who is stronger than 19 post. Piccolo is way too weak here.

Imperfect Cell- 500,000,000

Only Kamiccolo was stated to be rivaling 17 and 18. Pre humans Cell should be below 18 by a fair amount.

Imperfect Cell (Humans Absorbed)- 600,000,000

This is way too small a gap for my liking. Cell tanked a huge blast from Kamiccolo without any noticeable damage. Even if you account any injuries and stamina loss Kamiccolo had, he was still able to fight on par with 17 a good while after 17 mentioned it being an issue, and his blast was enough to make 17 jump the hell out of the way.

Semi-Perfect Cell- 750,000,000

Again, this is a tiny gap for the feats displayed. Even 19 was at least able to budge Vegeta, yet here Cell barely budges at all from being punched in the face. Based off of that, the gap should be a lot bigger.

Super Saiyan Vegeta- 600,000,000
Super Saiyan Trunks- 550,000,000

16 implied that Vegeta as a regular SSj would be able to hold off Semi Perfect Cell long enough for them to escape, which would not be the case if, according to your list, Cell could casually blast Vegeta's head off. Trunks was also surprised that Vegeta was going to go Grade 2 right off the bat. Also, Vegeta stated that Trunks was close to him in power, yet the difference you have between them is almost as much as the difference between Kamiccolo and post humans Cell. That is not what I'd consider close at all.

You also didn't post a level for Semi Perfect Cell's full power, unless 750,000,000 is his full power, which would mean the gap between 16 and Semi Perfect Cell would be even tinier.

I think this should make for a good starting point. I might do the rest later.

I'm a complete no-lifer so I'll be reviewing this list.



Trunks Saga

Trunks: 3,000,000
Super Saiyan Trunks- 150,000,000

Do you have Namek SSJ Goku at 150,000,000? If you do, you can put Namek Goku in Trunks's place. There's no way Frieza got stronger and Goku didn't, but the gap got wider anyway.

Krillin- 100,000

Krillin shouldn't be this low. It was implied he would be at least slightly useful against first form Frieza, and as we all know his power is 530,000. Krillin's probably been training since then too, so I'd put him at 250,000 at an absolute minimum, probably more like 300-400k.

Yamcha- 100,000
Tien- 150,000
Chiaotzu- 50,000

Piccolo was weak enough to have no chance against first form Frieza after King Kai's training, so he couldn't have been too much stronger than Krillin. Since he started out stronger than Krillin that means Krillin's unlock was more effective than King Kai's training. There's no way Yamcha's caught up to him, and even Tenshinhan might be a bit of a stretch.

Androids Saga

Krillin- 700,000
Yamcha- 700,000
Tien- 800,000

There's no way the humans increased more than the Saiyans. With Piccolo, you can at least say that his fusion with Nail might've increased his potential, but with the humans there's nothing like that.

Super Saiyan Goku (Sick)- 150,000,000

This is gonna be controversial, but Tenshinhan saw Yardrat Goku's full power and didn't think anything was wrong when Goku was sick. That should make Goku's power at least 200,000,000 even when he's sick.

Dr. Gero- 10,000,000
Dr. Gero (Yamcha's Energy)- 11,000,000
Android 19- 9,000,000

This is impossible for two reasons.

First, 19 survived a beating from sick SSJ Goku, and we've seen that Goku's power level must be at least 200,000,000. Even if you keep him at 150,000,000 19 would still be stronger than Mecha Frieza, since you have Trunks at 150,000,000 and the gap between sick Goku and 19 didn't seem as big as the one between Mecha Frieza and Trunks.

Second, after Vegeta got his energy drained he didn't want to fight Gero and bluffed his way out of it as Piccolo said. We don't know if he could've maintained SSJ, but his energy was still high enough that he went out of the form on his own instead of being forced out. If he could use SSJ this would make Gero stronger than at least a badly drained Super Saiyan.

Piccolo (Weights)- 8,000,000
Piccolo (No Weights)- 16,000,000

Piccolo's power is okay if you keep Gero at 11 mil, but we've already seen we can't do that, so Piccolo needs to be stronger too, probably stronger than Frieza.

Cell Saga

Imperfect Cell- 500,000,000

Piccolo beat Cell with his weights on, and the fact that he took them off to fight 17 implies they are still reducing his power. We know he's at least similar to Vegeta because Vegeta said he had a huge ki, but he probably can't be too much higher.

Tien Tri-Beam- 180,000,000

Sure, they didn't hurt Cell, but the Kikohos at least had a tiny effect on him. They did about as much to Semi-Perfect Cell as Piccolo's strongest attack did to Imperfect Cell, so the Kikoho must be over 500 mil.

Super Saiyan Vegeta- 600,000,000
Super Saiyan Trunks- 550,000,000

Vegeta never seemed to be slower than Semi-Perfect Cell, so unless 2nd Grade SSJ raises speed SSJ Vegeta must be around 750 mil, maybe even higher.

Perfect Cell- 1,000,000,000

This really doesn't feel like a big enough gap. Other than the Final Flash Cell shitstomped Vegeta.

Cell Games Saga

Full Power Perfect Cell- 4,000,000,000
Super Perfect Cell- 4,500,000,000

The fact that you had to make the PC to SPC gap so small is just more proof that 2x is not a high enough multiplier for SSJ2, no matter how official it is. 2.5x or even 3x might be better for a list like this.

Super Saiyan 2 Gohan (Injured)- 2,000,000,000

He put up a fight against Super Perfect Cell in the Kamehameha clash even injured and with one hand. He should be at least 4 billion or so injured, which would go well with raising the SSJ2 multiplier.
