Since then, he has stayed in Karin Tower, guarding the Senzu Beans.

For a Saiyan, their tail is a weak spot that causes them to lose strength when grasped, but at the same time, it is also their strongest trump card. Character File 014: Mr. Popo (Celestial Being/Supporter)
An attendant sent from the afterlife to support the God of Earth. He also accompanied the previous God. He serves as a tester to determine whether those who enter the temple are qualified to meet God. He has the ability to create "things" that God uses, and even recreated Shenron after he had died, allowing God to breathe life into him again.

The Fact of DBZ: Two Spaceships Hidden on Earth
The God of Earth and Demon King Piccolo are not human beings, but aliens who came to Earth long ago. When the planet Namek, far from Earth, was hit by abnormal weather, Gods's parents put the young God on a spaceship and evacuated him first. After being injured in his battle with Goku, Vegeta heads to Planet Frieza No. 79. Character File 018: Dodoria (Frieza Force/Enemy)

He was once feared as the tyrant of Mount Frying Pan, but when he met Goku and the others who were collecting the Dragon Balls, he made peace with the villagers. Since Gohan was born, he has acted like a kind grandfather.

The Fact of DBZ: The Mechanism of Goku's Super Power-Up Technique, "Kaio-ken"
The Kaio-ken is one of the special techniques created by North King Kai, along with the Genki Dama. This is the ultimate ability enhancement, dramatically increasing one's speed and power by amplifying the energy within the body in one go, and since his fight with Vegeta, it has become an indispensable technique for Goku when fighting powerful opponents. Majin Buu cuts off parts of his body and uses them like glue to absorb his opponents. Whenever he absorbs someone, they become smaller than a flea inside his body, enveloping their own bodies like cocoons and putting them to sleep. Cell also had a similar ability to absorb others into his body, absorbing their powers and appearance, but in Buu's case, he seems to even inherit the hobbies and tastes of the people he absorbs. For example, Majin Buu's love of sweets is a result of the tastes of the Grand Kaioshin he once absorbed, and after absorbing Gotenks, Buu has become more vulnerable and childish than before, getting seriously angry at Vegito's provocations. If he had accidentally absorbed someone like Satan, he might have ended up as a weak and stupid character.

Yep, because the anime always makes the next characters stronger. For example, in the 25th TB, Gohan says he has more power than before, and he is SSJ2 against Dabura and Boo in the anime. There are tons of anime statements calling Pure Boo the strongest. In fact some statements in the anime imply Pure Boo > Super Vegetto. Makes sense as Pure Boo should be >> Gohan-Boo's breaking dimensions attack. Vegetto struggled with it.

Singles were DragonBox DVDs released later-on after they were sold-out. They were limited-release, so after they were sold-out Toei released them again with-out all the extras in single releases (vol.). Like 4-5 episodes per vol.

Why would an evil person be able to use an attack that's only meant to be used by the good.

In fact the anime made it that Gokuu was unable to create the Genkidama as Super Saiyan because "evil enters his heart when he transforms". Anime wise safe to say Cell couldn't do it

They are basically reprints of Dragon Box. They are the same encode on the DVD, but the menus are different and it is packed into singles instead of a box set. Each case has its own pamphlet thing.
