1. Freeza does two power ups between his 2nd and 3rd forms, so Weighted Piccolo can't be only 1 mil
2. Why do you have Gohan's rage the same pre and post zenkai?

Accidentally did that with Gohan's rage. Frieza's power ups I was being lazy with. Fixed it though.

Still, you made the increases are too small. Freeza wouldn't bother powering up just to go from 1.06m to 1.12m.
My gaps are...

Freeza 2nd Form (initial): 1.060.000
Freeza 2nd Form (power up): 1.200.000
Weighted Piccolo: 1.250.000
Freeza 2nd Form (max): 1.400.000
Unweighted Piccolo: 1.500.000

Freeza should probably be 96-98% of Piccolo. Then after he powers up, Piccolo is probably somewhere 84-86% of Freeza.

So whatever that works out to seems realistic.

And whatever the second boost is, I guess the first boost could be the same. Or maybe you make the first boost a little faster do the concentration and actually powering up. Or you take the first power up as the only and he is only concealing his power.

I have weighted Piccolo at 88% of full power 2nd form Freeza. The first two hits seem to take Piccolo by surprise, then he speedblitz him, but nothing a 88/100 gap couldn't do IMO. Freeza's dominance over weighted Piccolo seems to remember a bit 24k Vegeta's dominance over handsome Zarbon.

That's possible, but the damage Piccolo receives I thought was a good deal more than what Zarbon received. Piccolo is taken off guard, but I thought it was in between the gap that Vegeta had on Zarbon and Dodoria. Put some pictures up to compare if you like.

When Freeza throw Piccolo into the ground, Piccolo seemed to be pretty damaged. However, when he took off his weights, he didn't seem so damaged to me.

Like you can see, Piccolo even dodged one hit (though that's not always an indicative of a small gap), but he was being speed blitzed and out performed pretty bad.

Yea Piccolo looks incredibly damaged right there. I think he recovers quickly, but you have to make note of it. Him removing the weight kind of signifies hey that was rough, but I got more in the tank. That's how I take it.

No. For you, it's tough, because I think they said like oh he was just holding back, or he was hiding his real level, not that he actually powered up.

That damage looks like 84-86 to me, I generally am ok with 84. I think more or less I go by this...

Zarbon 88
Piccolo 84
Dodoria 80

To break down the gaps. I think Piccolo's unweighted self looks much better to signify his new power more or less.
