SSJ Gotenks > Frost, and anyone who doesn't know your stance on Gotenks by now is deaf, blind and has stumps for hands, not to mention that Base Vegeta is also above Frost. Explain now.

Why is Base Vegeta above Frost? When Frost transformed into his final form, Goku was forced to use Super Saiyan in order to keep up with him. Frost may have taken a beating at the hands of Goku's SSj transformation, but he was still close enough in power that it wasn't completely one-sided, well it sort of was, but he wasn't instantly done in.

I mistyped the amount of 0's in his battle power.

Why would Gotenks be above Frost?

But why is Piccolo > Frost (Worn)? I thought Piccolo had to rely on his Makankosappo?

Piccolo was dodging Frost's attacks fairly well, and even with 1 arm. IMO, Piccolo was using the Makankosappo to completely incapacitate Frost.

Piccolo got annoyed by Goku's comment and resumed to state that everyone was underestimating him. It's clear that Goku wasn't completely aware of Piccolo's full capabilities at the time that comment was made.

Seeing as the entire episode was called "Bet Everything on the Makankasappo" I seriously doubt Piccolo was stronger. Besides, Piccolo is smart he wouldn't use a risky technique like that unless he needed to. Piccolo's dodging feats are just PIS.

The Base Saiyans have to be weak enough so that Goku will view Oob as a challenge, when the time comes. He has already shown excitement at fighting a Pure Boo level opponent and this occurred at a time when Vegeta said that any gains they make will be minimal.
