Goku and Hit each used specific ways of countering Dyspo's Burst Speed. Goku went into SSB for an instant to maximize the speed he could use in the form since he could time it out due to how Dyspo's burst speed makes his movements linear. Hit improved to the point he could match Dyspo's speed (as well as using the vibration of his muscles to fake the preparation for a time skip as a feint).
Goku's counter method seemed to be less effective than Hit's as Dyspo was still giving him a difficult fight and Goku switched to fighting Kunshee whereas Hit straight up stomped Dyspo but could either of these 3 pull off what Goku didn't?
In the anime Vegeta and Gohan don't have two god forms like Goku (SSG and SSB) so switching between forms to maximize speed may be more riskier for them as in Vegeta and Gohan's case they'd have to switch between God SSJ2 to their SSB tier forms. Frieza just hasn't shown the ability to switch between transformations quickly so he'd be vulnerable while transforming.
Would these 3 have to use entirely different methods than Goku or could they further perfect what Goku tried somehow?
Dyspo's highly enhanced sense of hearing making it so he can react to muscle vibrations as a signal to use his Burst Speed could prove difficult to deal with as well since Dyspo was able to block Pre Improvement Hit from using timeskip and SSG Goku from using instant transmission. I don't think any of these fighters have shown they can fake certain muscle vibrations like Hit can.
