I don’t think Reject-Dial should be allowed though. That’s like illegal, maybe even Impact-Dial, but that less so.

Wyper was able to survive using 3 reject dials and survived several of Enel's attacks. I'm pretty sure Enel destroyed Zoro with only one attack, and Zoro should be miles ahead of East Blue Luffy by this point. Wyper wins.

Wyper and Luffy also briefly fought and they seemed pretty even. I think that was right before the Snake ate Luffy, don’t remember much. Thinking of rereading OP, might do Skypia.

Every now and then I do, might just start from the beginning and read until I’m fed up.

I do miss the East-Blue days too. Seeing how serious it seems to have got makes me kind-of sad (still not there just my impression). I hope Luffy & co. return to the East-Blue in the end (epilogue) & see all the locations again.
