Super Saiyan Blue should be 50x off of Base in RoF. The entire concept is that the Saiyans have acquired God power in Base and that this transformation was a Saiyan who had gone Super Saiyan beyond even that.

Super Saiyan doesn't seem to be doing much for the Saiyan beyond God character, the God power becoming infused with their very being, are no longer capable of increasing their power through such rudimentary means. THe entire foundation has been reset, which is why it is called Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan.

So we only need a 50x boost from Base Goku to Super Saiyan Blue and the same goes for Golden Freeza, which by the color scheme, should tell you the 50x boost for Freeza makes the most sense as well.

ginyu can draw out the full power of tagoma body plus he has experience also MSSJ gohan is rusty even when gohan turned super saiyan tagoma ginyu didn't stay down for long

SSJ goku/Vegeta > Cabba because he just awakened his SSJ form he has yet to Master it like they did. Thnx for reminding me too about the order.
