SSJ2 is stated to be 2x the last form, not 100x base. So if FPSSJ > Normal SSJ, then 2x FPSSJ makes more sense.

Yes.

With this Brawl tier list, we were able to learn that:

1.- Krillin (Start of DB) was stronger than his former teammates.

2.- Arale was barely stronger than General Blue.

3.- Gohan was SSJ2 against Dabura.

4.- The SSJs Multiplier constantly varies throughout the entire series and for each character. Many times the SSJ Multiplier has many decimal places.

5.- Boo's absorption is not even.

6.- When Goku became a child in DBGT, his power decreased a lot and Goku became more powerful than Vegeta only because he had SSJ4.

7.- Omega Yi Xing Long is not even twice as powerful as Base Yi Xing Long. The SSJ4 (Beyond Limits) never existed) and Gogeta SSJ4 was only 5x Goku SSJ4.

8.- UI Goku (Enraged) > Jiren (Beyond Limits) > UI Goku = Gogeta SSJB > Broly SSJFP.

9.- Beast Gohan surpassed Cell Max with the minimum.

This day I learned a lot thanks to this list.
