Buuhan must be tapping into Kid Buu's power partially here I'd say. It makes sense.

This power is enough for even SSJ Vegetto to be impressed. He considers it an awesome power.

Buu's alternate dimension breaking barrier is a serious threat. Super Vegetto needs to use his full power to stop it. Vegetto even says that it was a close call. He wants Buu to use that energy to fight him.

I think Enraged Buuhan is approaching Super Vegetto's level and Kid Buu must surpass that.

Probably? It's never really made clear. The fight goes the same as the manga, except more dragged out and with someone saying this is the strongest Majin Boo ever every 5 minutes. We still have Good Boo putting up a better fight than Vegeta, I think. But nowadays I guess he just channeled Dai Kaioshin's power or some shit.

Nah, I think the best remedy is to Hax Good Buu too.

Kid Buu, Goku, Vegeta and Good Buu are all haxxed powers. Is there any situation that suggests Good Buu is not stronger than everyone but Gohan?

If you are going to go with the anime hax, I think that's the best answer. It doesn't seem to take effect in Buu's body, but once they get out, I guess it occurs.

It's a forced hax, there's no way to really explain it.

But Goku and Vegeta are both top dog in the Beerus Saga, and BoS says that AT took them when they were at the height of their power and nothing seems to have changed from the Buu Saga.

Also, Base Goku is able to be sensed on Earth while he is fighting Kid Buu. Suggesting that Base Goku > SSJ3 Goku (vs Fat Buu)
