SSJ2 Gohan enraged (S17) >> Base Gohan (S17) > Base Gohan (BSDB Arc) > Lood FP > SSJ Goku (@ Lood)

From what I recall anyway.

In early GT, yes.

On topic, Base Gohan lasted against Rild, Lood is even weaker than any of the individual Mega Cannon Sigma members. Lood gets stomped.

I've heard you say before that Luud ~ SSJ3 Goku. Does that still stand?

I have not put much thought into it recently. It could go either way honestly, it depends on one's scaling for BoGT to M2.

Possibly. SSJ Goku never really tried taking on full power Lood, so that implies inferiority. I'd personally still like to give SSJ3 Goku the edge, but he couldn't use the form in case he injured Pan.

I'd still say Base Gohan [BoGT] >~ SSJ3 Goku [Lood]

I took it the other way. Luud was to powerful for SSJ3 (which he can only do for literally five seconds anyway), or to close in power so he didn't bother transforming. It would have wasted energy unless Goku could one shot here.

It's weird to think Goku could've came back home after training with Oob in the first episode and lose still lose to Gohan. It just doesn't feel suggested, but I guess it's impossible to have it any other way.

Goku wasn't aware of his time restriction in SSJ3 yet.

Why? Gohan trained too.

I'm aware, just from a viewing perspective it seems weird to think Gohan without going all out would still effortlessly stomp Goku. The only reason we know it's true is because of scaling.

Who said it would be effortless?

If Base Gohan is slightly stronger than SS3 Goku, he could easily become a Super Saiyan and one-shot Goku.

There's also Pan saying Grandpa was the strongest back home...but she also said she was the third strongest, so I suppose you can attribute the statement to Pan being an idiot.

Oh. I thought you were referring to Base Gohan.

Eh, I don't see why it would matter. Gohan was still so far ahead of Goku at the end of Z, and Kaboom once told me that there was an entry that said that Goku and Oob didn't train every day for 5 years (no clue where it is). Still, Gohan being the strongest doesn't contradict anything. He was meant to go into space with Goku, after all.

It doesn't, and I agree Gohan is still the strongest, I'm not arguing otherwise, it just always felt odd to me.

Realistically though, isn't that the way it should be? Gohan was suppose to be so far ahead of everyone at EoZ, and we have just beened conditioned to accept the fact that he always ends up a weakling.

Maybe Gohan >> Goku until M2 fits rather well :p

@SSJ2, yeah true, he didn't know, but I don't think that removes the possibility that Luud may have been a tough fight to SSJ3.
