Everyone was genderbent?

Even without taking into account the different personalities the gender change could cause, due to boys and girls being typically raised differently, I can already think of some changes.

* Goku may end up somewhat weaker than her canon self, as being pregnant with Gohan might set back her trainings for a few months at least. This could affect the outcome of some fights. 

* Assuming they get through this, Goten wouldn't exist, as Goku would sacrifice herself while pregnant. This results in a few changes, such as Popo not having the idea to make the kids fuse. Therefore, Goku would have no choice, but to get rid of Fat Boo, ending Boo arc prematurely. 

* In BoG arc, aside from Goku challenging Beerus (and getting rekt), the arc happens without incident. As Boo isn't around to fuck things up, Beerus and Whis leave the planet, disappointed. 

* However, RoF arc would be the end of the line, as without Super Saiyan Blue and Whis, Freeza would kill everyone.

In the very first saga, Oolong (female) wouldn't have drugged Bulma (male) and Goku in an attempt to rape the former. I don't know what changes this could have caused when Yamcha sneaked in to get the Dragon Balls. Any ideas?

Honestly, I think that the moment Beerus showed up Goku would do almost anything to reach his tier of power. So despite not having Goten, I think she manages to find a way to get to SSJG.
