The manga was going to end after Pilaf.
The manga only shifted from adventure-focused to battle-focused because the Budokai were popular (not sure if it was the 21st or later).
Puar is male, in AT's mind.
Movie 4 (Lord Slug) is the first time a SSJ form was shown, as the transformation hadn't even occurred in the manga yet.
Goku and company appeared in both a traffic safety and a fire safety video in Japan, each being about 5 min long.
Who tf Launch, Puar, Oolong, Nimbus and Korin are or what the Power Pole is. I reckon a big percentage of fans of Super and even Z haven't been through the pre-Z part.
