So King Chappa seems to have an amp and I think Tien does as well. Is Yamcha the only one with a speed up technique? I doubt it.

I think so. Given how substantial the difference was between 4 arms Tenshinhan and Goku was, and then Goku surpassed that, something around 1.2x would be fair.

That will cause some issue with our gaps over Chappa I'd say.

Sure, but it's actually legitimately faster than before. It has a higher power level.
