Because Boo was clearly fighting his hardest against Goku, then transitioned to a weakling like Vegeta, then got someone in between them both so his effort had to be adjusted. Stop trying to confuse a majestic paladin like me.

But Kid Boo dominated fat Boo quickly (albeit in a not so impressive fashion as Gray Boo did), so what is stopping me from saying he used the same power against both of them?

Yeah, I found his point about Dai Kaioshin/Good Boo being a natural enemy of kid Boo a pretty good point. My only suspections about this theory not being true is due to it being too good for AT having thought about it

So that'd take care of Kid Boo's angriness towards the fat one?

Maybe we could play the "chi is disrupted by a state of mind" and use it on VoR's theory, arguing that Kid Boo wasn't able to put forth the power he's used to since he felt somewhat threatened by Good Boo's chi nature. It explains how Good Boo was able to do good against Kid Boo initially, but was quickly completely overpowered, which still allows us to go with that fatso being still Good/Mr.Boo.
