Favourite non-main series game and why?

Out of games that aren't red, green, blue, yellow, silver, gold, crystal, ruby, sapphire, emerald, pearl, diamond, black, white, X and Y which is your favourite? What made it good? And how did/does it it compare to the main series games?

 

[Six Trails]

Probably Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It's (in my opinion) the best game in the Mystery Dungeon series. Compared to the main series, it's relatively simple in the sense that there are no EVs and IVs, and increasing stats is as simple as just eating gummis and leveling up. Evolution is also different. Instead of evolving through stones/leveling up, you go to a specific area only achieved post-game to evolve. You still have to meet level/item requirements, though.

Pokemon Colosseum and XD: Gale Of Darkness were probably the two best spinoffs. People generally dislike them because they're different but they both have good storylines that deviate from the handheld games. They're really underappreciated.

Oh, forgot about those games. I'd have to agree with you then. I prefer XD to Colosseum, though.
