First of all, Gohan doesn't need to be ridiculous stronger than Goku.

Cell was overhelming Goku with his speed, but when he got serious at Gohan only superficially wounded him. The lowest i'd put Gohan is 150.

Anyway, those numbers are great, they look like mine! But i have some critics:

1) Goten and Trunks are too high. Goten couldn't land a single hit on a rusty Gohan in a sparring match!

2) Vegeta stated he never changed the gap between him and Goku, so the gap should still being 1.5x

3) Shouldn't Dabura be < Gohan? His blast even scratched Gohan.

I guess Vegeta having only one day to fight Goku can justify the gap not being tremendous; it's not like Vegeta could catch up to Goku in a day, even if the gap is only like 1.25x or so.

The things aren't really tight since we don't have an ceiling for SSJ Goku, but it doesn't seem right to put Goku more than twice stronger than Gohan. I'm willing to consider Vegeta statement to be about never closing the gap instead of never changing it and put him at 75% of Goku or something.

In my eyes Goten was actually giving Gohan a good fight and putting him on defensive, but he wasn't fast enough to hit him. He even states he couldn't touch him after the match.
