Fp semi perfect cell's increase

[Miss Scarlet]

Does it have to be bigger than a 1.2x increase? How much do you have it as an increase in relation to his regular power?

[Papasmurf]

Less than the multiplier from Zarbon going monster form

[GSM123]

1.2-1.25x is fine. That was a pointless, forgettable power up.

Considering the visual effects, it has to be at least 1.5x

[Dagon]

Vegeta makes a powerup of around 10-12.5% in the Saiyan Saga to go from matching Kaio-Ken x2 Goku at 16k to full power af 18k. There can be dramatic yet small powerups.
