Would anything change if Freeza never got hit by the Genki Dama? In this What-If, Freeza is at full power/stamina when killing Krillin. Goku proceeds to transform into Super Saiyan. Does Freeza having complete stamina change this battle? Can he fight off Goku long enough that he gets caught in the planet’s explosion?

I don't really get your question here Q. Are you asking if Freeza went 100% to hold the Genki-Dama and never had this stamina be so limited?

Well for starters I think he could still get overwhelmed by the Genki-Dama. Goku had already been told Freeza was using 1/2 his power and would need waaay more energy to finish Freeza off.

Second, while Freeza's stamina problem might have been worsened by the Genki-Dama, he always had them.

So I see 3 possible outcomes for this:
a) Freeza deflects the Genki-Dama. I'm not sure how things could turn out here, would his stamina
b) Freeza gets fucked by the Genki-Dama. He gets completely wrecked for using his 100% way earlier for nothing.
c) Freeza deflets the Genki-Dama and has control of his 100% power. He'd win since Goku couldn't finish Freeza off until he gassed out, so Goku dies in the planet's explosion and Freeza is heavily injured, but still survives.

No, it’s a hypothetical where there is no Genki Dama. Freeza is awarded the chance to use 100% power from the start while having full stamina.

Personally I think Freeza is able to stall Goku long enough that he won’t be able to escape the planet. However in this circumstance would Goku end up giving Freeza energy to survive the explosion? If not, the rest of the series would change drastically imo.

Obviously, 100% Freeza would be 2nd form Cell tier and oneshot Galu :rape

In all seriousness, Goku's words suggested Freeza's stamina loss was purely due to his full power putting too much strain on his body rather than the Genki-Dama being a major factor, so it's most likely nothing would change. Assuming the strain was increased by the physical damage Freeza took though, he'd last long enough that Goku would be unable to escape the planet and die. In that scenario, he'd be revived on Earth by Porunga and, thus, never learn Shunkan Ido. This would raise the question of whether or not he'd get the heart disease, though I'll just say #17 and #18 kill him if assuming he got it on Yardrat.
This drastically changes the Cell Arc such as Goku not being able to save Ten and Piccolo. The biggest change would be that Cell's self-destruction goes unchallenged with him destroying the Earth and going around the universe looking to prove his perfection.

As long as you don't use 150 vs 120, it should be a stale mate considering a decapitated Frieza survives.
