But it's hard to figure-out how high Gohan is. There are no real indications. I know some who just place him at post-Z-Sword level.

Well, consider he claimed in FnF that he wasn't even sure if he could become a Super Saiyan, I'd wager that he became much, much weaker. Weaker than 1.3 million apparently.

the 1.3 million line could make sense, if you try to think of it as an alternative-universe, but that'd be too weird

Yeah, Freeza punched Base Gohan in the gut in the movie, but tortured Super Saiyan Gohan with finger beams in Super.

First Form Freeza>RoF Ultimate Gohan=Gohan thought Tagoma's full-power was on-par with his own at his current best. Freeza's way above Tagoma.

Second Form Freeza>Gotenks Boo=Freeza roughly doubled his power on Namek, so I think this would be a good level.

Third Form Freeza>Gohan Boo=Convenience

Final Form Freeza>Super Saiyan Vegito=Outside of Beers, Freeza was the strongest guy they had to deal with at that point. Based on the reactions to his new power, he eclipsed every level of power beforehand. The only exception's are Beers and maybe Super Saiyan God Goku.

I wonder if he says the same line in Super. And it can't make sense at all. We know Gohan is stronger than second form Freeza from the manga who was over 1 million.

It does, but it makes sense when you think about it. Gohan tried to fight Beers six months ago in Ultimate and got knocked the fuck out. Once Freeza showed up, he didn't even want to try.
