Freeza is about 77% of Trunks, and Trunks is 1.3x stronger than Freeza. I may raise Trunks a little bit.

I think Freeza is a little below 80% of Trunks. So a big enough gap that Trunks can easily stomp Freeza like suggested, but also not too excessive.

I generally get the feeling that Freeza vs Trunks looks the same way whether Freeza is at full power or not. Just Trunks dicing through him easily. Can Freeza manage anything against Trunks at all? Can he put up a decent fight? I don't know.

I'll take the two of you out in an instant ( which he does ) but if Freeza powers up he can't?

Trunks is ultra cocky and confident, I can't imagine him struggling against Freeza at all.

I don't think Future Seventeen (less than half) has to be stronger than Freeza. At Lone Warrior, Gohan never
states what he believed was Seventeen's max surpasses Freeza.
