Vegeta = 4,500,000
(Final Burst Cannon) = 6,750,000

Goku Base (Initial) = 8,750,000
(Warming) = 10,500,000
(FP) = 12,500,000

~ Trolling Vegeta/Warm up: 7,200,000
~ No hands: 9,600,000

Goku: 7,200,000
~ Full power: 9,000,000

Freeza must have used a very, very low level on that first kick. He thinks Goku is just some random mook who showed up late. The Death Beams are on a respectable level, Freeza’s initial power, but still no match for Goku.

Hey, aren’t those levels meant to be effort based? Freeza is impressed by Vegeta’s blast and has to put full effort. That was like, the full power of his “base” level. I can see him not using it again until the “no hands” fight.

~ Vs Vegeta/warm up Goku: 2,750,000
~ Kicking blast/No hands: 3,200,000

Goku: 2,700,000
~ Full power: 3,000,000

That was like, the full power of his “base” level. I can see him not using it again until the “no hands” fight.

I think his "No Hands" level goes beyond his full effort at the time. No Hands is a whole nother level up.
