#17 tanks it imo. He was only slightly stronger than this when he put down 2 arms SSJ Future Gohan with ease.

I think he could win in a fight due to his infinite stamina but I'm not sure he's above him power-wise. Haven't done a PL list in years.

He would probably manage to push it away. I have his power at 30% probably slightly inferior to Namek SSj Goku, but I think it's still barely enough to overpower the Genki Dama.

He doesn't have regeneration though. What if he fell onto a pile of GT glass as a result of the Genki Dama? Dolltaki

Luckily for him the Genki Dama the sheer power necessary to break GT glass. It's the strongest material in the universe, beating out Gero's door even.

I don't think it would be easy for him. He's maybe be able to hold it back like Pure Boo was able to. He should be right around the Genki Dama's level at 30% imo.

 

[SSJ3 Gothic]

I don't think he goes full Jiren on it, but aside from superficial damage 17 comes out of it pretty okay.
