Future Dabra vs Present Dabra

Manga versions of both. Is Dabra really stronger than his present self in the future? Him beating a Post Z Sword Trunks is already pretty impressive, and it's even more impressive when you consider it's the same Trunks who was a bit stronger than Post God Goku in equal forms.

If Future Dabra stomps, make him fight Good Boo.

I'd say Future Dabura ought to stomp. Trunks seemed to wield the Z-Sword as easily as Gohan did by the end of the training and far better than Galu when he attempted to. Even if playing devil's advocate and saying Gohan was a SS2 against Dabura, I'd say Trunks' performance with the Z-Sword is enough to place his SSJ form on SS2 tier at that point.
I believe Good Boo would still stomp him though unless Dabura spits on fatty.

I think Future Dabura is stronger since more passed in Trunks timeline than the current timeline.

Wouldn't that be implying Dabura is also God tier though?

I agree Future Dabura >> Present Dabura, though I'd still see Trunks making those ~million fold gains after the fight, considering it makes sense for him to get some massive Zenkais from his battles with Black and it's established Black was keeping him around to further his own power rather than Trunks surviving by his own durability.

I was partially joking since I find the notion of Trunks getting millions/billions/trillions of times stronger to be rather silly, though I'm aware it's not based on nothing, either. I personally don't go with Base forms being God tier since I don't really think it was intended for characters like Future Trunks, Cabba, Kale, Caulifla, etc to be universe busting level.

Blue isn't too much greater than ten times that of Super Saiyan since SSJ Goku is on par with Initial Hit, who's Time Skip owned 10% SSB Vegeta when it was stated Time Skip becomes ineffective when the user is far below the opponents power so those characters would need to be pretty high up.

Future Dabura would definitely beat present Dabura. SS2 Trunks >> SS2 CG Gohan, and present Dabura struggled with a weaker Boo arc Gohan.

Not really that notion is pure speculation, especially since that goes against Hit's character to play along with Goku's stupidity rather than defeat him while he has the chance.

On the contrary, I think suggesting Hit isn't using different levels of power is pure speculation. Again, Hit tells Goku to transform and thinks Galu is joking when he doesn't. U6 people note that Hit's interactions with Galu are completely out of character for him. Hit pulls his hands out of his pocket when base Goku lands a blow and then turns SS. He's changing his level right there. It's not noted that Goku surpassed the power Vegeta was using until he turns Red. Hit is the No.1 assassin. He'd be one shitty assassin if he didn't know how to surpress his power. Everyone would see him coming.
