Future Trunks and Future Mai would have stayed on the Main Time Line?

Trunks would take Boo/Freeza's place in the ToP. Most likely, he'd train with Vegeta and get on par with Gohan, if not stronger, becoming one of the main players of Universe 7 and being of greater use than Freeza for the most part. Unfortunately, he wouldn't have the sneaky personality to come up with the feigned defeat strategy that Freeza did and would be eliminated by Jiren before the end, though #17 would take down the fatigued Jiren after Goku was eliminated.
No Freeza means no Broly Arc. The Moro Arc doesn't change, considering the lack of involvement by any Z-Warrior other than Goku and Vegeta. Trunks and Mai would likely have a child not long afterwards, though with Super's endgame uncertain, we can't say how that would affect the plot.
