What percentage of his full power was Piccolo left with before the final headbutt that knocked him out? Was Goku at the same percentage?

I think Piccolo when he gets hit with his own blast has that typical “Less than Half” look we see with Gohan and presumably Majin Vegeta.

I like to put the Piccolo who thinks he defeated Goku at 33% and Kami at 25%.

This respects the dialogue and damage shown but also gives some respect to Kami’s ability to block Piccolo as well as be strong enough to be able to make Goku’s win a sure thing if Kami helped out.

Goku and Kami would definitely best Piccolo, they had to beg Kami not to interfere or Piccolo was toast.

Probably 75-80% of Goku and Piccolo, since he was able to block a punch meant for Goku even if just barely.

Doesn’t seem likely. Piccolo and Goku are tremendously damaged. The block is an outlier and there’s no evidence someone far weaker can’t block.

What about the crippled Goku who beat Piccolo? Was that an outlier or an amplified attack?

That doesn't make sense. If he's cripped, his ki is lower.
I don’t see why that would be the case.

Gaining an injury on one of your limbs doesn’t mean you necessarily lose power level.

Imagine you are in a fight and you pop your shoulder out. Sure, you won’t fight as well, but like, you can still throw your punch as hard as you could before. Perhaps it works something like this.

Goku’s power level is definitely lower than before, but it shouldn’t be lower than Piccolo’s.

@Hector

The answer is “nothing significant”, injuries aren’t always tremendous losses of power.

Clearly with Goku getting shot through his chest and the loss of all movement of his limbs his body was capable of retaining enough Ki power to take down someone who’s power still surpassed Kami’s significantly.

This is the final Piccolo. Like the last last version of him I think it might be 66% before the whole skirmish

I think final Piccolo should be at least 1.5x Kami. That’s when he says he’s going to take on Kami and the humans.

Oh ok, I see now. Well I don’t think he plans on fighting Kami here at all, he’s just going to kill the humans.

But I hear you, 1.5x Kami at his moment wouldn’t be bad either. I think I’m ok with 1.33x here but either is fine.

The question is what percentage is Piccolo here?
